Useful information to make your stay more
enjoyable while you are in Tionesta:

  If you are an ice cream fanatic, you must stop at Haller’s Store or Bananas Ice Cream located in downtown Tionesta. Yummy!!!
Looking for tourist information, brochures or maps? Stop at the Tionesta Visitors Center located right in the middle of town. Local volunteers are on hand with the best information on the area. Hours vary.
Forest County Sports Center offers classes in the winter and spring on fly-tying and fly-fishing. Check out this local hot spot for all your outdoor needs. http://users.penn.com/~fcsc/index.html
Need cash fast?  Several ATM locations in Tionesta include Northwest Savings Bank, Hallers Store and Farm Fresh Store.
Shhhhh It’s a secret but word is those “in the know” say one of the best fishing spots in the Tionesta area is the Nebraska Bridge. Click here for more information http://www.venangoil.com/bridgesnebraska.html
Looking for great photo opportunities? Check out the actual Teepee’s sitting on the banks of the river. And don’t forget the Lighthouse on the other side!
